What a year 2017 has been, the best yet, so many memories made and lots of achievements. Let me get straight into it as I feel it will be a long post.

So as you all probably know, I won a £500 voucher from prodirectrunnning in their Great South Run competition. I never win competitions so when I opened the message on Instagram I was beyond excited and very surprised.

I had a fab breakfast of Biscoff porridge, I finished off the jar of Biscoff spread and topped it with crumbled biscuit, sliced banana and yogurt. I then did a little bit of work – yes not so relaxing but it needed doing which meant that I could relax when I got back from the race as I knew I would be exhausted. I watched an episode of Grey’s Anatomy and then we left at 11:45. When we arrived we got our numbers, sorted out spikes and... |
