Missed out on the Sussex relays this weekend but I have had some super good swim sets recently so I thought I would share them. Tip: wear a swim hat it saves your hair. I never used to wear them as I hate them but with the volume of swimming I do at the moment I have to! Before every set I do a warm of freestyle and after every set I cool down with breaststroke and arm pulling.

Do you like Reece’s peanut butter cups? Have you ever tried making them? Today I did for the first time and although I made them quite thick they taste so good; they are literally just chocolate filled with peanut butter. Here are the measurements I used. Ingredients:
