I am exhausted right now after my first XC of the season and a full on week but it was so nice to get back on the trails.
Today’s race was the Sussex XC relays at Goodwood. It was quite a hilly course but not very muddy at all despite the downpour of rain. I made a mistake

Firstly I am sorry for the lack of blog posts recently, I have had a heap of work to do with starting Sixth Form (please check out my last blog post) as well as keeping up with my training ready for XC season but it also gives me a break from studying (I swear running is the only thing that keeps me sane, I am sure many of you can relate). Something that I love to do at the weekends is bake, especially as it is the ‘Great British Bake Off’ time of year and the rainy days have begun. So I thought would share a new recipe that I created recently for VEGAN BROWNIES!!! This gooey delights have been a while in the making to create them without eggs or butter. To replace the animal products I used banana and avocado. Mashed banana can be used as an egg replacement and avocado is used instead of butter. As some of you may know, I hardly ever use a recipe and I just add a ‘bit of this and a bit of that’ which sometimes is a succsess and other times a disaster. So in the caseof this recipe I have tried to do an approximate of the amount of each ingredient I used but if the mixture looks too thick/dry/wet do add extras of the ingredients such as flour or oil etc. Ingredients:
